Booking Terms Arriving on Time We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. This helps us ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service. If you are running late, please give us a call. Cancellations/Giving Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to offer the slot to another client. No-Show & Late-Cancellation Policy Please be aware that if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, a £10 fee may apply. A card may be held to secure your booking, and this fee will be charged if necessary. Right to Refuse or Cancel a Booking We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion. If we need to cancel your appointment, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
