Privacy Policy Fellaz uses your details only to manage your bookings and to contact you about your appointments. What we collect: your name, phone number and/or email, and your booking history. How we use it: to take and confirm bookings, send appointment reminders, and — only if you opt in — occasional offers. We never sell your data. Your choices: you can opt out of marketing messages at any time, and you can ask us to delete your details by contacting the shop. Payments: where a card is held for a booking, it is stored securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Fellaz never sees or stores your full card number. Questions about your data?
